Once again, I found out that being busy is a great appetite suppressant. I had more lean ground beef with broccoli for my first meal at 1, some whey after my workout and then had a whole pound of lean stew meat and strawberries for dinner! That might sound gross, but it was awesome. The meat was kind of spicy, so the strawberries helped my mouth cool...
