Diet:

Once again, I found out that being busy is a great appetite suppressant. I had more lean ground beef with broccoli for my first meal at 1, some whey after my workout and then had a whole pound of lean stew meat and strawberries for dinner! That might sound gross, but it was awesome. The meat was kind of spicy, so the strawberries helped my mouth cool down a bit.I only planned on eating a few, but I ate the whole carton :)

Exercise:

My friend who is helping me plan the 5k, wanted to meet at the park,so we could plan the route. We met up this morning at 6am..what a great way to start the day! I wasn't concerned with time,as I was busy scouting locations and watching out for deer. Later in the day, I did a fast, yet effective, weight training routine. I had to skip any leg exercises because I'm still sore from Mondays workout.

Running: 3.1 Miles in 29:45

Weight Training:

Bent over dumbbell rows: 3 x 15 w/25lb dumbbells

Supermans: 3 x 15

DB Curls: 2 x 15 w/25lb dumbbells

Bridges: 3x15

Hammer Curls: 1 x 15 w/25 lb dumbbells
