Gonna make this a quick update, as I'm writing it before halftime at the Chargers game is over,lol. Good day as far as the diet goes. Once again, I got a little busy at work, so I had to wait a few hours until consuming my big high carb meal of the day.

Workout

Upper body workout today. The first 2 weeks of the specialization cycle are submax,but it's still a very effective workout. I lifted at lunchtime and then ran 2 miles when I got home from work. There wasn't too much of a difference in my times, in a low carb vs carb loaded state,which was interesting.
