Diet

Didn't have time to update the blog yesterday. As I mentioned, I had my wifes Christmas party in the evening. I resisted the foods, but admit I did have a few beers. It was a party full of car salesman, so I needed it,lol. Anyhow, todays diet was something I've never tried before. I only ate 2 meals, but both meals were pretty large. I'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow and if my energy levels are good, I'll continue to do this. The numbers are probably a little on the high side, as I trimmed off all the fat I could find on the london broil.

Workout

I really wanted to run yesterday, but since my wife was at work all day, I was home with the kids, so I wasn't able to. I did make up for it today and ran 2.5 miles. I'm really pleased with how my knee has been holding up so far. I enjoyed training for that 5k and want to do another one soon. I'm still going to limit my runs this week to 2.5 miles max and continue from there.
