Intermittent Fasting Diet 2.0 Day 8

Weight: 180lbs

Today marks the beginning of week 2, of my IF diet. I weighed in at 188.6 lbs on day 1 and came in at an even 180 lbs, this morning. A loss of over 8 1/2 pounds might seem like BS to some,but knowing my body like I do, I had a feeling it would be the case. A good bit, if not all of it, is water weight and almost always comes off after a week or so or clean eating. That is the reason why I wasn't super precise when it came to caloric intake...I wanted to get to my "normal" weight first.  That being said, the numbers I'm shooting for will be as follows:

Calories on lifting days: 3200

Calories on non-lifting days: 1600

The minimum protein requirement is 225g on both days and the max fat allowed is 50g . Carbohydrates make up the rest of the calories on lifting days and the max carbs on non-lifting days will be 20.  Hope that wasn't too confusing...it makes sense in my head. Again, if this works out like I believe it should, I'll write up another guide when I'm finished.
