Starting another IF cycle

Starting a new intermittent fasting cycle tomorrow. The difference from previous ones is that I'm going to be be running quite a bit. To be honest, I have been incredibly busy over the last few months and my workouts and diet have not been the highest priority for me. Being that my job is very physical, the scale hasn't gone up much, but I've definitely lost muscle. I'm going to experiment with some changes from my original write up. Here is a brief summary of my plan:

Exercise

Weight training: 4 times per week. I've been getting into more of the circuit type training instead of traditional weight training. "300" type workouts, if you will. This has more to do with saving time more than anything.

Running: 4-5 times per week. Starting out, I'm shooting for 10-15 miles per week.

Diet:

To kickstart things, I'm going to be following a protein sparing modified fast (PSMF) for the first 7-10 days. Basically eating a gram of protein per pound of my weight, minimal carbs and supplementing with multi-vitamins and fish oil. After that I'll raise the calories and carbs to the levels outlined in my guide.
