Intermittent Fasting Diet Day 2

Diet:

Weight: 174.6

I was really busy at work today and didn't eat my first meal until after 4pm. Didn't feel like I was dragging or starving, which was cool. I ate some lean ground beef with broccoli and when I got home had a burger...really helps to curb appetite. Here are some pictures that I took this morning. I prefer to take side shots or shots that are at an angle. For some reason, anytime I take a straight on picture, it makes me look bigger than I am,lol.

Exercise:

No weight training or cardio today. I had plans to run this evening, but am running with a friend early tomorrow morning.
