Here is a calculator that you can use with my Intermittent Fasting Diet setup. It will give you can idea of how many calories you need on weight training and off/cardio days. It will also give you a general idea of how much protein,fat and carbs required on each day. If you do not know your weight in pounds, multiply your weight in kg by 2.2 to convert it. The numbers given are a good starting point, but obviously are not set in stone. I suggest starting out with it and if you want to increase calories on lifting days after a few weeks, do it gradually until you get the magic number dialed in. Calories on off/cardio days, should remain constant.
